Service Agreements
  Having a service agreement establishes you as a PRIORITY customer.  This is especially important if you ever needed cooling in summer or heating during the coldest blizzard of the year.  Service Agreements give you 10% off parts and if your equipment fails whether on weekends, holidays or nights, you will not be charged an overtime call.  Kelly Heating technicians have continuing education on all aspects of service to give the most qualified service in your area.  We pride ourselves on "QUALITY THAT EXCEEDS OUR CUSTOMER'S EXPECTATIONS".  If you think ahead, Service Agreements can save you money down the road because your costs are fixed.  With Kelly Heating, you have... Our service agreements include 2 yearly service calls, which are cleaning the furnace in the fall and air conditioner in the spring. Our scheduling hours are: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. 

 The work provided is as follows:

For the Furnace check, a technician will thoroughly clean your furnace.  This includes:  Clean the furnace and inspect heat exchanger, oil the motor, check pilot assembly and burners, and check and replace filters and thermocouples or sensors, check the high eff. Drain, wiring and stat.  If you have a humidifier, they will check it at no extra charge, and replace the pad if necessary.

For the Air Conditioner check, they will wash and clean the A/C, check pressures, stat, wiring, filter, drain, and condensate line.  They will check the Freon and operations.  

Service agreements are at a DISCOUNTED rate.  You will receive one in the spring and one in the fall.  Plus, you get 10% off parts.  If your unit breaks down between services, you will be charged a discounted rate.
