In January 2006, the minimum efficiency level for all new central air conditioners manufactured in the U.S. will be raised from 10 SEER to 13 SEER.

This means the cost of air conditioners will also go up!

To take advantage of the prices now offered, now is the time to find out more about what air conditioner is right for you.  If you have been thinking about getting a new furnace and air conditioner, now is the time! Both Lennox and Mid American are offering great rebate offers for purchasing higher efficiency units.  More details     Top

NEW DUCT BLASTING SYSTEM

Duct Airtightness Testing System

This new system is a calibrated air flow measurement system used to test and document the airtightness of forced air duct systems in both houses and light commercial buildings.  The Duct Blaster fan is directly connected to the duct system, typically at a central return, or at the air   handler cabinet; With the remaining registers and grills temporarily taped off, duct airtightness is measured by either pressurizing or depressurizing the duct system and precisely measuring the fan flow and duct pressure.

Duct airtightness measurements are used to  diagnose and demonstrate leakage problems, estimate efficiency losses from duct leakage, and certify the quality of duct system              installation.

The Duct Blaster fan can be mounted directly to the HVAC system.

The duct blaster can be used to measure the total amount of air moving through the air handler.
