Just wanted to thank you for all the great service you do for me and how considerate you are. Dave is always amazing and I appreciate how efficient and knowledgeable he is answering questions and making sure I understand what was done and why and when I should call if I am concerned. I really feel so secure when he does the service and knowing he is going to be the one I have no problem leaving the house open because I trust him.

I must let you know of the excellent work the maintenance man did on our  furnace winter check up.  He was so thorough on oiling, cleaning, scraping lime away on the humidifier and checking every part of our furnace... Thank you for sending such an outstanding service man!I could not be there for service.  Everything went OK.I left the door open and they locked doors and shut off the lights when they left, which was very nice.

Kelly is an excellent company. I started using them several years ago when I purchased my house and have continued to use them.  Their employees are knowledgeable about what they sell and service.  The personnel on the other end of the phone are courteous and friendly, as well at the employees who come to work on my AC/furnace. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service. I have never been disappointed in their service and have recommended them to friends as well.

We had our AC fail in 80 degree heat on Labor Day weekend.A call to Kelly in the evening was answered by a "real" voice who scheduled service for first thing in the morning.  Service was prompt, efficient and courteous.
